Where to find custom controller cases or shells… – The best and easiest method

The best controller cases I have found for adding style to an Xbox 360 wireless controller is using XCM LED Controller cases. You can purchase them from vendors like llama.com. Here you can get an easy to solder
and install led package already integrated into a replacement case. These cases require mechanical disassembly of your existing controller to install its circuit board into the pre-modded case. It also still requires soldering (just three wires to get the electrical functions operating).

This mod will light your shoulder buttons, triggers (dimly), ABXY buttons, back/start buttons, guide button, and thumb sticks in red, green, blue or yellow depending on the model you purchase. This mod will not modify your 1^st-4^th player LED’s (See details of that mod below).
